Mandatory Sewage Disposal and Cleaning Fee: $100
Subject fee is a flat fee per rental term and covers the cleaning of the unit and linens, restocking of items, as well as sewage handling and disposal. Perry Fairground renters are offered a discounted rate.
Pet Fee: $50
Subject fee is a flat fee per rental term. Only 2 small dogs <10lbs each or 1 dog <30lbs are allowed.
